Alejandra Rebolledo-Gomez

Community Engagement Coordinator

Alejandra Rebolledo-Gomez, MSHP, community engagement manager for the IPH, provides strategic, collaborative leadership for community engagement efforts across the city and works closely with the senior strategist for community engagement to develop actionable operational plans based on IPH strategic goals. Rebolledo-Gomez leads the development of systems, metrics and engagement standards that promote consistency, accountability and equity across community partnerships.

With more than 15 years of experience across clinical, academic and community health settings at both the national and international levels, Rebolledo-Gomez brings a systems-focused, relationship-driven approach to advancing population health initiatives. Her leadership includes guiding multidisciplinary teams, strengthening cross-sector collaborations and supporting data-informed decision-making that responds to community-identified priorities.

Guided by Creighton’s Jesuit mission of justice and service, Rebolledo-Gomez is committed to advancing health equity through authentic community engagement. She is guided by the belief espoused by Bryan Stevenson, founder of the Equal Justice Initiative, that those  “closest to the problem are closest to the solution.”
