Becky Nickerson , EdD

Dr. Nickerson provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Nebraska Leaders Program and the Next Generation Leadership Program, coordinating programming, advising, mentoring, internships, employer partnerships, and alumni engagement to strengthen student belonging, retention, and career outcomes.

Becky joined Creighton in 2004 and has served in several roles, including director of the Creighton Intercultural Center and Senior Director of Creighton's Division of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.  Becky received her Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa, her Master’s in Counseling from Creighton University, and her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from College of Saint Mary.
