Do you have any special advice or tips for applicants? Have fun with your college search! This is such an exciting time. Get out there and visit lots of campuses and talk to people about their experiences. You’ll learn a lot. And connect with your admissions counselor! We are here to provide you with all of the information you need to make a great decision about where you go to college.

What do you like about Omaha and what are your favorite secret spots? I love the fact that Omaha is such a welcoming and manageable city. Easy access to fun things to do is really a great feature. Fontenelle Forest is a fun natural area that does raptor recovery.

Why do you think Creighton is special? The incredibly supportive community is probably my favorite thing about Creighton. I also love the fact that we are moderately sized yet have many big school qualities. If you have ever been to a Jays basketball game, you know what I mean!

One of the reasons I hoped my daughter would choose to attend was because of the amazing people she would be surrounded by. We attract students who care about being successful and about being good citizens. She once told me the only thing she ever felt peer pressure about at Creighton was doing community service. That is a pretty positive pressure!
