Darbi Eschmann, MSN, RN, CGRN is an Instructor in the College of Nursing at Creighton University. She holds a Master’s in Nursing Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College, and is certified in Gastroenterology Nursing. With over two decades of nursing experience, her professional focus is on innovative teaching strategies, simulation-based education, and active learning methods to enhance student engagement and retention. She has led simulation initiatives, developed creative instructional content, and presented on technology integration in nursing education. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, faculty development, and clinical practice.
