Faith is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a strong background in youth and family services, community engagement, and nonprofit work. With experience spanning multiple roles across nonprofit organizations in the Omaha Metro area, Faith has contributed in diverse capacities including research analysis with Football for the World, academic advising and student support from elementary through high school, youth coaching at Northstar Foundation, direct behavioral healthcare as a Behavioral Health Technician at Boystown National Research Hospital youth PRTF, and mental health service coordination as a Mental Health Coordinator at Project Harmony.
Her work has consistently focused on engaging, connecting, and building meaningful relationships with families, schools, and mental health providers to foster stronger, healthier communities. Driven by a deep passion for understanding people from all walks of life, Faith is motivated by the opportunity to help children and families access the resources they need to thrive — ultimately contributing to lasting, systemic change.
A former Division I student-athlete, she played soccer at both Texas Christian University and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Global Studies with minors in History and Ethnic Studies. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and exploring new creative and artistic pursuits. As the third of four siblings, she values strong healthy personal connections and brings that same relational energy into every space she serves.
