Christopher Ferschke FNP-C is a nursing Instructor in the College of Nursing at Creighton University. He primarily focuses his research on syphilis and congenital syphilis care in underserved adolescents. He holds a master’s degree in Nursing Science, specifically in Family Nurse Practitioner. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Nursing Practice and an additional practitioner degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He practices with the pediatric population at St Vincent de Paul, a safety net clinic serving the underserved in Arizona. His current doctoral work is advancing his research on syphilis detection and treatment for the underserved populations of Arizona. No current publications to disclose. His current research and care focus on underserved populations to help advance equitable, evidence-based, quality care in these communities.
