Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Flott is an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at Creighton University. Her research focuses on clinical learning environments, technology in nursing education, and self-care for nursing students and faculty. She holds an Ed.D. in Health Professions Education from the College of Saint Mary, as well as an MS and BSN in Nursing from Creighton University. Dr. Flott’s doctoral dissertation examined nursing faculty perspectives on facilitating student learning in acute care settings.
Her scholarly work includes notable publications in many nursing journals. She has received multiple teaching excellence awards and the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the College of Saint Mary.  Through her work, she aims to advance nursing education practices and promote well-being among nursing professionals
