Dr. Lindsay Iverson is an associate professor at Creighton University. Her research is currently focused on the application of AI in higher education, interprofessional assessment, and simulation assessment. She has been the track leader for the AG-ACNP program for the past 14 years after earning her BSN, MSN, and DNP from Creighton University.
Currently, Dr. Iverson is leading a team in developing and testing a revised instrument (C-ICE 2.0) to evaluate interprofessional teams. This project is nearing completion and will be disseminated in 2025. She is also part of the research team that developed the CCEI 2.0, an instrument used to evaluate clinical judgment in both simulated and clinical settings.
Dr. Iverson's recent funding has been through the National Science Foundation (NSF) to develop an AI chatbot (RX24) to prepare advanced practice nurses on advanced pharmacology topics.
