Dr. Dana Koziol, DNP, RN, is an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at Creighton University. Her research focuses on innovative teaching methods, and nursing Leadership. Dr. Koziol's recent projects include developing charge nurse competencies using the AONL framework and exploring the connection between nurse leader stories and authentic nursing leadership theory. Her work, published in journals such as Nurse Manager and Clinical Simulation in Nursing.
