Takanari Miyamoto, DDS, CAGS, MSD, PhD

Special Professor

Dr. Takanari Miyamoto is an Associate Professor of the department of Periodontics and the Director of Phoenix and CHI Postgraduate Program Initiatives at Creighton University School of Dentistry. He received his education at Nihon University (dental degree and Japanese PhD degree), Boston University (specialty training in periodontics and MSD degree in oral biology), and Creighton University (US dental degree and MBA degree). He has been with Creighton since 2007. He has a broad experience in clinical practice, dental education and clinical research including periodontal, implant, prosthodontic and basic science research. He also has several peer-reviewed publications published in leading dental and basic science journals.
