Dr. Panneer is serving as the Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in the Department of Oral Health Promotion at Creighton University School of Dentistry. She joined SoD in January 2020 as an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
She earned her BDS (2008) and MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology (2012) from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, where she was a University Gold Medalist. She completed advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Florida and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR). Additionally, she holds a DDS from Creighton University.
Dr. Panneer has authored numerous articles, book chapters, and a specialty book in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and Pathology. She has presented at national and international conferences and was inducted as a full member of the Sigma Xi Scientific Honor Society in 2021. She also serves on editorial boards and as a reviewer for leading journals in oral health sciences such as Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and Dentomaxillofacial Radiology.
