Samantha Wall, MPH

Project and Policy Manager

Samantha Wall, MPH, is a public health leader and nonprofit founder with expertise in health equity, project management and community-based solutions to reduce disparities in care. She joined Creighton as project and policy manager for the Institute of Population Health in fall 2025, supporting the institute with program evaluations and health policy initiatives. She previously served as the health equity and access advisor at the Health Center Association of Nebraska, leading statewide initiatives on social determinants of health, managing federally funded grants and building coalitions to improve access for vulnerable populations. As the founder and executive director of the Omaha Better Birth Project, Wall launched a doula grant program for low-income families, earning recognition through national presentations and peer-reviewed publications. 

Wall earned her master's degree in public health and a graduate certificate in public health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center's (UNMC) College of Public Health, and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her work has been recognized with the 2024 Health Equity Champion Award and the 2024 Nebraska Public Health Defender Award from the UNMC College of Public Health, reflecting her commitment to creating equitable, community-driven healthcare systems.
