Exploring intersections between Nature Deficit Disorder, Nature Prescription, Avocation, and Creation Care to Human and Ecosystem Health

Dr. Swanson will guide us through the following:

• Discuss physiological, psychological, and social benefits of nature contact
• Apply principles and approaches of Nature Prescription
• Differentiate Restorative Recreation concepts and develop a practical integration plan for incorporating restorative activities into personal wellness, learner support, and patient care strategies
