Applying for our Gastroenterology Fellowship
The Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at Creighton University School of Medicine–Phoenix participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Additional information regarding the NRMP is available at www.aamc.org/nrmp or by calling 202.828.0676
Applicants interested in our Fellowship Program who meet the eligibility criteria are required to apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), administered by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Please consult your medical school’s student affairs office for details on ERAS application procedures and timelines. The deadline for submission of all application materials is September 1. Only fully completed applications submitted by the deadline will be considered.
Our program utilizes a holistic review process to evaluate applicants and considers program signaling as part of the interview selection process.
Requirements
Applicants applying to the fellowship must have:
- Application submitted through ERAS
- Three years of General Medicine Residency at an ACGME-accredited institution
- Three letters of reference, including one from the program director
- USMLE Scores, Step 1, 2, and 3
- Citizenship: No H1B, only J1 Visas, resident or US citizen
- Deadline for applications is September 1
